This Privacy Policy applies to our website, our community and our internal tool for managing our accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

2. Data we process and purposes

We only process data that is necessary for our services, their operation and their security:

  • technical access data of the website, such as IP address, time, browser information and the page accessed;
  • contact, booking and communication data for enquiries, coaching, workshops or the use of our community;
  • community content and profile data that users provide themselves;
  • identifiers and authorised profile information of connected social media accounts;
  • access and refresh tokens as well as granted permissions;
  • videos, images, audio files, texts and settings intended for publication;
  • status, error and security logs.

You sign in to a social media platform through the respective provider. We do not receive your platform password.

3. Disclosure to service providers and platforms

We only disclose data where this is necessary for operating our services, for a booking or for the requested publication. This may include hosting and IT service providers as well as the following platforms:

Data may also be processed outside Switzerland. In doing so, we comply with the applicable legal requirements. Any further processing by a platform is additionally governed by its privacy policy and account settings.

4. Retention and deletion

We only store personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes stated or required by legal obligations. Account connections and tokens are deleted once the connection is removed, unless there is an obligation to retain them.

Removing an account connection does not remove content already published on the respective platform. Such content must be managed or deleted there.

5. Cookies and analytics

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. Technically necessary data may be processed for the secure operation of the website.

6. Data security

We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, in particular through access restrictions and encrypted transmission.

7. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you may in particular request access to, correction and deletion of your personal data and – where provided for – its release. You may withdraw any consent you have given with effect for the future. You can also remove platform access in the settings of the respective platform account.

8. Changes

We update this Privacy Policy when our data processing or the legal requirements change.
